I worked on the B1-B Lancer as well. We never touched Ada with OpenGL. It was mainly C++ with VAPS ( http://www.presagis.com/products_services/products/embedded-... ). I'm not certain where they're getting

I just got the email. I don't use Facebook either but they also said three of my "friends" on Facebook are using it. It's definitely spam to get more users.

I agree. I suppose a Google Glass would be a bit silly since the screen would be unused, but seeing as it has most of the technology built in already, it would be easier to get a prototype working. An ear piece is another bonus added to the

It would be very interesting to see an application for this using Glass. Could this potentially help blind people navigate in unknown environments?

That is my preferred method as well, but I've seen a lot of templates use: -(void) doSomethingWithParameter:(NSString *)parameter;

I believe his logic is that you can sell an iPhone 5 on craiglist for $500 and use $400 of that to buy a Nexus 5, and pocket the $100 difference. What the author doesn't understand is that the $100 difference is what these guys are thr

I had the same issues as well. After several hours of hacking away, I noticed that projects (like Discourse) wrote their own data layer instead of relying on Ember Data.

Most certainly not because I understand that 23AM is not infallible. I'd still take up regular checkups with my doctor and discuss my findings from 23AM with her.

It will be interesting to see how the future pans out for both companies. John Carmack is a brilliant person and I think that Oculus VR will do very well with him on board full time.

In cases like that it would be unwise to put your company card on this card. You'd now be carrying two cards. In the case of having to carry two cards, it still fixes my George Costanza wallet.

What groundbreaking things did they do? This post spoke about cut and dry success. I would've liked to hear more about the struggles they went through and how they got through them to reach where they're at. I think most people kn

Not to mention the tax write off that they'll get for donating such a large sum of money. It's definitely a win-win for EA since they were able to market their Origin platform in the deal.

Thanks for this response. I think I may have to do a crash course on each one for a few days to make a more informed decision. I've always used Backbone to quickly prototype, but I like the idea of having a more complete toolkit once p

I've always been meaning to take a look at Ember. When I first started seeing discussions about it about 2 years ago, there weren't many guides or quick examples on how it is different than other frameworks out there. What would t
