And will you, on your deathbed, not regret all the time put under making a coding environment work to your liking? I personally can't imagine putting so much of my most valuable asset under what is essentially just editor config. But t

If you use any of the JetBrains IDE's then full Clojure support is just a plugin install away (Cursive), likewise with VS Code (Calva). It really is pretty effortless these days.

I wouldn't say that dishwasher is _better_ at washing dishes than a human. More quantity? Sure. More quality? Not based on my experience. Lots of stains just don't come out in a dishwasher.

You're in for a rough ride if you change entire platforms and ecosystems every time someone disappoints you. Afaik, Microsoft and Google do a lot worse than Apple, so where are you going to go? Linux?

It is my opinion that if you are against remote work being the norm, you're a dinosaur and best get out of the way of progress. The amount of time people would win back to spend their life however they want by not commuting is astronom

I think you are delusional. Me writing in a blog post that I like Clojure and I recommend you trying it is very far removed from "prescribing ClojureScript as a omnisolution" especially as I specifically mention that all I write a

That's a pretty weird approach to take imo. So you see the world through the lens of a 7 year-old? So we should not teach anyone advanced math either because a 7 year-old wouldn't understand it? Perhaps people shouldn't drive

You seem to be pushing the children narrative very strongly, as if it were some deciding factor on what languages adults should learn for their own pleasure and what not. At no point was this article directed at children. If you do not like

I think it's market effects and nothing else. Schools teach first and foremost the skills that are easily employable. Hence why most schools teach either Java or JavaScript these days. Whether or not something is nice to read (btw, wha

I wouldn't call what I write a tutorial per se, more of a "I went through this problem and this is how I solved it". And consequently, I went through this problem in ClojureScript. I even linked to the project I'm buildi
