So a generic binary format that multiple machines can write / read as if it was a simple file? Or am I wrong?

What an interesting way to write what is deemed the problem. Can you post sample content? It would be nice to read it. How do you plan with filtering content by religion?

It would be nice to have this presented visually. It is a bit hard to grasp. Not being negative. Just asking for a better explanation of what seems like a really interesting system. :)

Are you open to re-selling? Maybe white label it? If you don't want to talk about it publicly please email me (check profile). :)

Yes! With the size of MicroSD cards these days it would seem straightforward to build a sim/sd card combo.

True. My friend is a VP of some construction big-co and relies heavily on his phone. The StarTac would survive the most hostile environments without much issue. iPhones? Well, he has gone through about a dozen in spite of him using the expe

I also did that for a while, but then people in my social circle moved on to whatsapp and would never answer their phone or texts... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Four or five years ago I used a cheap-o flip phone and loved it. Been thinking about going back to it but don't want to lose the ability to take really nice pictures at any moment. :/

I have a friend who used the starTac until AT&T forced him into something else. He fought for months trying to keep his old phone working. He moved to an iPhone but says it doesn't compare.

It's hard for experienced people, too. The issue is more about the lack of structure in some open source projects and the time availability to teach "noobs" a codebase. One thing that has worked for me in t he past is to join

So documentation is an additional feature worth investing time over fixing bugs? It may sound silly to some but I'm really interested in what people think about this.

Yes, good point. In both cases the limit is time. How do you think one should decide on what qualifies as best utilized? What would count as additional features? Does documentation count as a feature in software?

Stupid question: What if I want the databases to be built with optional extensions (like the json extension)? Is there a way to deal with such scenario? Cool project!

Curious about your point. How would this apply to free open source software? What us the equivalent of affordability in it?

No, it is not. However, being able to break out problems into smaller pieces and solving them piece by piece should be a basic skill taught at school or home. If they want to code, then let them.

It really is! I'm currently building a hacky version to get it out there and see how it works out in the real world. Also doing client libraries in multiple language so people don't need to do a lot of boilerplate API code just to

In my case its been a generic API that connects all services and feeds a simple dashboard. Everything a user does is shown there in realtime. Data is formatted for specific actions. For example: the user created a support ticket. The generi

I do walk/bike whenever possible for short distances. But the car is necessary when having to go grocery shopping, picking up people, etc. cycling works if the activity is done by yourself in an environment that allows for bicycles.

My niece's school did that too. It was unexpected but absolutely enjoyable. They had the older grades build fake companies around made up science-y products. The aim was to get people to "buy" the product by pitching it. To

Sounds good! Could you post when the demo account is ready for use? I'd be nice to use it before showing it off. Also, do you have re-selling opportunities?
