First time an application has been unsupported on my Core Duo (32bit) Macbook Pro. Is there a reason for it, does the application really require a 64bit OS, or did the GitHub guys just forget about us early Intel Mac owners?

On one hand, the European Convention on Human Rights protects the right to a private and family life, and on the other, you've got freedom of the press. These two acts obviously contradict each other, and so super injunctions exist to allow

Also see my gem, Boost ( https://github.com/ashleyw/boost ). I designed it to prototype Haml/Sass/CoffeeScript sites in a transparent manner, but it'll serve anything from the current directory too.

I like this idea. Also perhaps if a comment was controversial (i.e. lots of up and down votes), a list of the first users who upvoted it could be added next to the comment, e.g. "userA, userB, userC and 27 others upvoted this". That way,

I think we just have different definitions of "business plan". My 2-10 hour and often single page 'business plans' involve diving head-first into the market and finding out who I'm going to sell to, how many there are of them, what competit

What you need to do is research, ship, measure and respond. FTFY. Research first, and make damn sure there's a viable market there before you sink time into the idea. This is essentially what a business plan is, a documented view of the m

I'd say most of the traffic came indirectly via press who covered the story, rather than the actual billboard itself. It's been done, and I don't think the press will cover the same story twice, so don't expect the same results DDG had.

To me, your content area is just way too big. Though, it seems to be a common habit of Windows users to maximise everything, for some reason. I fit my Dock (left), browser, Twitter client and terminal on the same size screen as that, very h
