My PERM was certified yesterday after 12 months and 2 weeks. That used to take 6 months. I'm now backlogged until October which never used to happen at all to ROW (rest of world excluding India and China) applicants.

Mockery is equally function in the sense that it implements the interface it targets. I wouldn't describe swapping a persisted DB for an in-memory DB mocking personally.
