Prescription Fluoride Toothpaste was a life changer for me. The tube is like $20 but lasts about a year (you don't use much). It took a few months of nightly use, but It drastically changed my cold sensitivity. I can bite into ice crea

It does but you have to give it a chance to work. You have to leave the fluoride on without rinsing, give it time to work (30 mins without drinking fluids), and reduce the amount of acidic foods you eat that is eroding the enamel.

Talk to your dentist about getting a prescription for fluoride toothpaste/treatment. The one I use is a paste you use once a day after brushing, you brush it on and spit it out without rinsing. It has a higher concentration of fluoride

My partner has had the opposite experience. They can typically knock out their work in 4-5 hours. Also, they have gained back a total commute time of ~2.5 hrs per day. That's like 24 extra days they've gotten back this past year

It's for family budgeting and trust. We generally ask/inform if we are going to spend more than $100 on any given project/item. This helps both of us realize if it's a need or want. That way if I mention I'm going t

For me, I wanted access to org-mode, as well as the emacs ecosystem of packages. emacs has good vim emulation through the evil package. Doom emacs, is a decent place to start for a vimmer.

The problem for me, in a fairly blue area, is that everything we try to do gets smacked down by the state. Since this state is so divided between the rural and urban areas, the democrats have to find a way to address the issues of the rural
