The iPhone SE has a devoted following because of its size. There is a huge market for people with smaller hands. I was hoping for the headphone jack to make a comeback but I think that’s a lost cause at this point

Convenience. Not having to charge something. Having something that always just works. I have a pair of BT headphones too btw. I think both have use cases and there is no good reason to remove a jack (unlike floppies)

While you are not wrong, India (1.32B) and China (1.41B) both have larger populations than Africa (1.25B) so it makes sense to to group these together (as regions, not countries)
