Did two things: 1. Got my caffeine intake to zero over a month. Basically, no coffee or tea (don't drink sodas or anything else) for four weeks. 2. Started to have a strong espresso with two L-Theanine pills very morning before workout

I think, the idea is the distributed ledger, which allows you to store the information not with a centralised authority, but yourself. Blockchain would not necessarily be a good technological approach, but a distributed ledger, would be.

It is not about free. It is about being more expensive than before. We live in the economy, where small companies operate at such a thin margin (even if they're profitable), that such an increase in cost often kills any hope for profit

Can you live a life on a consistent 500 kcal diet? I was saying that with age (and with gender) it is much more difficult to maintain weight with just lowering down the calorie intake.
