The problem with relative numbers is that they provide a mechanism to increase absolute numbers without impact to the percentage. Thus, “fewer ads” today could be more tomorrow if we consider that we don’t know the absolute number

It’s absolutely incredible what blender is enabling and that it is open source.

> Using non-silicon materials facilitates very tiny transistors—as small as 1 nm. However, as TSMC researchers acknowledge, the 1-nm process node is not likely to be used for years to come. Is anyone else using non-silicon materials yet?

The next form of this could be in low orbit; far from the reach of local laws. As we can see here, it’s not enough to ban drones within the city.

Fully agree. Additionally, many of these devs are arguably masters at vanilla JavaScript. Some learned JS before modern features became available. They probably don’t need ES5 features to be productive, let alone the newer features or for t

I love this type of tech and want to get in on that sweet 144,000 bytes of data at 5 per month, but... it's not just 5 per month, it's a minimum investment of 500 unfortunately. Also, not sure where to find a decent Commodore syst

Minimum order of 25, so roughly $3725 for one year unless you get the "eval kit" @ $449. USD $5/MO PER DEVICE Provides 750 data packets per device per month (up to 192 Bytes per packet), including up to 60 downlink (2-way) da

I disagree, especially if your goal is to reduce the payload size. Another point to consider is that not all programming languages deal well with JSON, adding support for it can be just as painful.

It has everything to do with automatic validation on both sides and little to do with the transfer size.

I wonder if it is something simpler. For example, could it have been picked up as a pattern from a local file that is in your project?

I agree, rust has a difficult learning curve. I’ve often heard at least a year is required to really feel confident.

Why not a bit of both. Feed dialogue options in and have the AI generate a response that matches their character.

First, I’d like to say I really love this product. Thanks for making this. Second, where are the companies that are doing this type of thing for NPC dialogue in games. Imagine playing Mass Effect or Skyrim but where you get to ask whatever

About a decade ago our company was way behind on a large e-commerce project for a big client. Not due to anything the devs did. The sales team oversold without talking to tech first. So one day the head of our North American branch decided

I have a 3d printer and thoroughly enjoy this type of thing but this title is a bit misleading. It is likely you’ll spend more than $15 finding the right lenses plus the cost of filament.

Yup, and this is also why many end up proxy gRPC over HTTP/1.1 after giving up on making HTTP/2 work with systems that don’t support it…

I agree. However, my gut reaction was that the style of the go code was written differently than what I’d expect if asked to work off the rust version.
