It’s obvious if you use a test pattern and/or know what to look for: https://testufo.com/chroma I had no idea what it was for the longest time. As it turns out, macOS frequently enables it even when it’s unnecessary, a

Curious to see if the XDR works at 120Hz on Windows; and if so, if there’s a KVM switch that would work with it. Probably not worth the hassle, but I wish there was literally any other display manufacturer out there with premium build quali

It’s quite possible this is running with a reduced color space (chroma subsampling). Degradation happens automatically based on available throughput and most people don’t notice.

Uh, really? In my experience, at least a quarter of the info it gives me is usually manufactured or incorrect in some critical way. In fact, if you switch to "Pro" mode, it frequently says the complete opposite of what it claimed

Just as a side note, there is no Orthodox Pope since Eastern Orthodoxy is kind of a federation of national churches. Other Orthodox patriarchs disagree with Patriarch Kirill to varying degrees, even to the point where the Russian Orthodox C

This line of thinking is entirely foreign (and vaguely repulsive) to me. Can I imagine a situation where I'm forced to cause the death of someone in order to defend those close to me? Vaguely. But I would be racked with guilt for the r

Millions upon millions of people very clearly care. You don’t care. :) And doubling down on puerile trigger words like “derangement” does absolutely nothing aside from reflecting poorly on the author. It’s a strange sentiment to preserve

What’s funny is how much the chuds try to frame revulsion at white supremacy as “political disagreement” and “derangement.” As I was raised, this is actually just deadass “normal.” I see no reason to engage in any way with the mental flatu
