If you have higher security accounts which have gmail as the contact email, then the gmail account should be treated the same. Breaking into gmail gives access to many password recovery mechanisms. But I agree for low priority sites: my pas

There is always a crash coming ... Are you sure the next crash that knocks N% off the market won't come after the market has risen a further N+x% while your money is on the sidelines? Are you sure you can time the bottom of the crash w

Don't have an answer for the question, but how about coming up with a list of charities you want to support and seeing if they are interested in advertising directly on the site for free?

Well, depends on location ... I think mine was down around -10F last night and I don't have room for one in a heated space. I suspect it will be a while longer before battery technology is as useful above the 49th parallel.

Except in some cases you may have a way of securely communicating the key at an earlier point in time. For example, you generating a 1TB key before leaving on a trip you could imagine a VPN set up that encrypted 1TB of traffic in a way that

It looks impressive, but it would help to be able to tell the hype from reality: "Sensors flood the device with terabytes of data every second" ... somehow I doubt the aggregate bandwidth of the device is > 1TB\s Makes it harde

Interesting idea ... might be useful to be able to invert the cost measures. For example on the SSD page seeing $/GB instead of GB/$. Seeing the price per GB go down is more intuitive to me than seeing the GB per $ go up ... not

I wonder how they managed to keep the calorie intake the same for each group as mentioned in the study? Either the mice self-regulated this, and the shorter window mice learned to eat more when it was available or there was a fixed amount o

I find Typescript catches all sorts of typos that get missed in pure JS because I don't have 100% code coverage tests. Sure a JSLinter might catch some of those, but it won't find mis-spelled method names. Other benefits include

Yes, they are different. But that just makes it a substitution cipher with unique keys. A one time pad requires a key as long as all the messages you want to encode since each key bit is only used once.
