You should probably avoid using that too often, or being pretty apologetic about it. Especially if you forbid your juniors from using it as an excuse.

No it really isn't. Cyclists will use cycle-friendly infrastructure, because it's easier and more comfortable to use.

I cycle (manually) in the rain pretty frequently. It's not ideal but it's honestly just fine.

Let me rephrase-- This law only changes things for cyclists when the intersection is clear. If there are cars going through the light, then the cyclist treats it the same as they always have.

> Not saying its a bad idea, but I'm still struggling to see the full logic of it. If you don't have to stop at an intersection, you get through the intersection much faster and are therefore in less danger. This is true for al

I don't think it makes a difference for cars at intersections. It only gives cyclist additional options if the cyclist already has right of way.

Isn't this commonly known as an Idaho Stop? Why is it being rebranded for Colorado? Seems like a weird way to market your state.

Pretty neat idea! My first concern is that iron is pretty heavy for a fuel. It looks like you get about 4.8kJ/g from burning iron, and somewhere around 10x that for most hydrocarbons. In other words, I wonder if iron is so heavy that y

Coinbase almost definitely acts as a market maker as well. I would be very surprised if they didn’t at least seed the order book a little before listing new pairs.

We IPOd with a valuation of about 2B. By the time engineers could sell it had fallen to about 300M, and many early employees who were convinced to exercise pre-IPO ended up with nothing due to a very high pre-IPO value and AMT taxes.

I misinterpreted your algorithm. So you're creating a table of all permutations given the number of heads and tails you got, and then looking it up in the table. This does feel like a generalization of Von Neumann's method from 2
