http://www.sapphytimes.com/movement/ephoto_show.asp?PhotoID=... This is just "normal" price. For a large production you can get an even larger discount. It's still a cheap movement.

Shinola is stuffing $100 movements into cases that are frankly completely oversized for them and selling them for $1000+. I guess Timex wants in on the action. Don't underestimate the power of marketing hype.

I love it. I've tried my neighbor's Roccbox too. Basically Koda is a Roccbox with a few upgrades but with some minor corner cutting too. I.e. Koda is a lot more portable because the burner is inside the oven (so you don't nee

I looked into a bunch of these too for my ceramic grills and ended up going with a standalone oven too (Ooni Koda). Couldn't be happier. Perfect Neapolitan pies every time in about 2 minutes, and super portable.

My 7+ had a Qualcomm one and it was pretty seamless. XS Max is pretty much my first exposure to Intel ones and it's practically unusable in NYC subway.

Good. Ugh... I have XS Max and without charging it I usually have around 20% at the end of the day. I use it heavily for commute into NYC on the bus so that might contribute.

Tezos uses delegated PoS, so no, I don't think it qualifies. D-PoS is sort of antithetical to the idea of decentralized blockchain due to a small number of nodes and very questionable process of node (witness) selection.

That's not true. Pure, non hybrid PoS has never been deployed on any crypto at scale. The fact that Ethereum is on their 3rd iteration and still can't figure out how to make it work years after promised delivery should be alarming
