A couple of places I have worked had a ton of extra work when Apple would want detailed information about each release note item, and it just became easier to make the notes generic. Which I would guess is one of the reasons, with the other

I would bet the majority of Mac minis sold are used as ci/cd servers for iOS and Mac development. I would also bet the Mac mini is the third lowest selling Mac with the Mac ultra and Mac Pro being the least.

The command line tooling is pretty good, the elixirls/ide integration is pretty poor compared to other languages I have worked with. Some trivial examples while learning live view. Using : in pattern matching brings up erlang modules
