I’m not. I’m from a welfare state EU country and worked with these people for years. Some really can’t work; a lot of them can but just don’t want to, and cost the taxpayers thousands per month for smoking weed all day.

Since rice alone is more than 33% of farming methane, I’d wager not that high a percentage actually. The thing is, as you can see from the data, it’d reduce methane and co2, but not substantially. Bottom line is that there is too much heavy

Actually no, or unlikely, since it’s a massive escalation. Even in Ukraine Russia does not strike the nuclear plants. They strike all the other power plants though. So it’d actually be the safer option.
