Basically nothing is going to happen to you if you make a best effort. So many people focus on getting it correct and pay hundreds or thousands to do so. I've filed my taxes incorrectly by accident for years and the IRS just sends me a

I hate statements like this due to their imprecision and their contribution to making mathematics difficult to learn. > Though they’re defined by just a few rules, groups help illuminate an astonishing range of mysteries. An astute read

I mean we don't need laws like this. Precedents like this are actually dangerous because they make the law ambiguous, opening it up to selective enforcement. Instead the law should just be read as is and courts should not find new disc

Employers would let people be hired but any sort of employer based assessment opens the company up to accusations of discrimination. This was litigated. Many companies got in trouble decades ago. And then all companies turned to college deg

Of course there is. You can just hire them and train them. Most positions don't require college degrees. Everything you need to know for most jobs you learned in high school. At most you need a certificate program of some kind.

It didn't get shoe horned. Before college degrees proliferated, employers had entrance exams and were expected to train people. A supreme court decision found this to be racist. Companies could be held liable so most companies stopped

The US has no kings and all sides agree there should be no kings. It's like me having a protest called 'no suffocation'... We all agree on this, but I'm glad some people feel the need to state it even more obviously.
