No NFT project claims that, they're pretty explicit that they own the copyright on the images and you can't use them for commercial purpose. There's only a few niche NFT collections that also sell right to the image you'

Why would they do that? If you like the picture you can just download it, if you want to access gatekeeped communities having the same picture with a different contract won't work, it will also have a value of 0$ so you won't sell

No the NFT itself is fine, the issues that OpenSea is the biggest marketplace by far and so it becomes more difficult to buy the copycats. There is currently no good decentralized marketplace for NFTs.

Aren't CloudFlare and other CDNs an easy target for that? They have to decrypt and then re-encrypt all trafic going through them.
