Some airlines use these, such as ANA. They're much less comfortable than the traditional seats when you're trying to sleep though. On long-haul where everyone wants to sleep, it's preferable to have all the seats recline.

Patreon uses Stripe and Paypal. Both of their fees are 30¢ + 2.9% regardless of interchange fee for a specific card. Not sure where they got the extra 5¢, but it seems reasonable to charge what their paying.

I think what I've mention already should outline the impracticality of your suggestion. It's hard to distinguish between a cigarette that's fully extinguished or not. This is why ashtrays are made of glass or contain sand,

You can't use sync adapters without using account manager. That's the primary reason for it, not for sharing credentials between apps.
