I agree. This makes me feel old now, and I'm in my early 30s. My wife has access to all my financial information, but I can't imagine sharing it publicly!

As a non-white person, there's no way I would refuse to cooperate with a US police office or other authority figure. The price of refusal can be very high, including being arrested, put in jail for a few days, or even being shot dead.
