This doesn't make sense to me. Isn't the recipe itself still not subject to copyright law? What is the benefit to the creator to adding the personal expression portion?

Seems like a technicality. By that logic, all stinky things are caused by living things instead of dead things.

I believe you when you say you understand, but your first sentence was "If you can download it from arxiv, it is published." Which is precisely what GP was responding to. Furthermore, this thread started with someone complaining a

The post you're replying to gave several reasons why something like Cosmopolitan Python is not sufficient. This is nothing like hello world.

That doesn't really seem like an example, since the whole thing doesn't run one machine. The database alone has multiple machines.

Would ARM on RISC-V emulation have lower overhead than, say, x86-64 on ARMv8? I would imagine the common RISC stuff would be beneficial there, but I know next to nothing about CPU architecture.

Slow OS updates drive me bonkers on macOS, too. What could it possibly be doing for 40 minutes to upgrade a minor version on a new M1 mac with 32GB RAM and an SSD?

That may well be, but it seems like the 15% is a high-level number that takes a lot of factors into account, such as power used by heating accessories, and the fact that cold air is denser (more air resistance). https://www.fuele

Are you suggesting there is nearly zero difference in battery range in cold weather? Because that seems like something you can trivially look up as well. Heaters use power. Plenty of other articles seem to back up the ~20% loss for Teslas,
