You wouldn't compete on the things that Google does well, but rather on the things they don't. Not saying it is easy. Price and user interaction is something I believe could be improved upon. Also maybe crowd sourcing info.

You don't respond to his claims, well intentioned, ripe for abuse, unconstitutional, requires due process to remove. Does this mean that you agree with them and are still willing to forego due process because of the purported benefits

Maybe it will force the police to focus on violent crimes. The best counter to terrorism is a homogeneous population.
