Russia seems poised to invade Europe in the near future. If they do, and succeed, Rome could become part of the new Soviet Union(which Putin has explicitly said he wants to bring back) Once that happens, it's likely to lead to poverty.

I had a chat with gpt to try and clear out some details. It seems that one is supposed to think of real and imaginary as a vector. The rotation part comes in when the imaginary numbers is used as an exponent to the real, in which case you&#

Hmm.. Imaginary numbers are indeed a bit confusing. I'm trying to imagine a 2d surface where the X-axis coordinates are all the real numbers, and the y axis are all the imaginary numbers. That makes them orthogonal, and that seemed to

Yes, I could understand almost all of this actually! Thanks for explaining Fourier so well! I really don't have any mathematics in my background, so you lost me towards the very end when the actual math came in, but I can't fault

I've decided math isn't my thing. The first part of the article I couldn't stop thinking "how the hell would you construct a banana filter?" And the entire smoothie metaphor seemed to describe nothing at all. Then t

Ideally, you'd run your own instance of this, I think. I can see a product where you purchase a model that has basic training, and then, using the features outlined in the paper, it learns on the fly from your usage. I can also see the

Huh. Interesting solution! I've always thought the only way to make an API idempotent was to not expose "adding" endpoints. That is, instead of exposing a endpoint "addvalue(n)" you would have setvalue(n)". Any

I think it's awesome! Try lying about your wealth during an election in Sweden! Did trump's tax filings ever get published by the way? I recall there was a lot of outcry for them during the last election cycle........
