Will we see car co-op's in the same way we see grocery store co-ops? That would be more of a community, but I think the comparison of zip-cars to hotel rooms is quite apt.

The final note about flick motions seems interesting, I could see some useful finger gestures while you are typing. For instance, taking all your fingers off the keyboard and spreading them wide, or putting them all together, could do diff

A very nice article. Amongst our Indian friends it is common that NOONE hires a babysitter (that word does not exist in their dictionary), so when you invite someone, you are inviting their children and we see a lot of obnoxious children.

Congratulations on this. I love the idea of tying the back end and front end. I can't see a reason not to integrate with Rails! And it is awesome that you have the in depth guides, that is very refreshing! Will this work with Slim? I l

The segway does what it's supposed to do. I think it has it's useful niche. It was marketed as a replacement for all transportation, but that is silly because only because of the cost.

I am surprised Clustrix (YC) hasn't gotten more attention. They rewrite SQL databases and claim to be able to scale them. Maybe the up front cost scares people.

This replaces the controller with classes for each action, a Service? Then responders are automatically called and they do renders. Sounds nice, would be fine with it as a default, but not sure it warrants doing a big change for me.
