Yes, exactly my point. BUT, to me if we hadn't lowered the bar MASSIVELY, it would NOT be fine. I've seen people at my work that will push or even deploy features that don't do what their main purpose is and they just dismiss

AI is great because my job is a lot easier, but it produces some extremely crappy code that would've NEVER passed a code review 1 year ago. You could argue that it speeds up development by 5X or more, but then it slows down testing&#x2

I don't know where you're from but in Italy MANY medicines that are potentially dangerous but safe for home use are prescribed by a doctor that knows about your medical history. Please look up "potentially dangerous". In

Do you realize that abortion pills are potentially dangerous..? That's why you have doctors prescribing drugs

by altern8 2mo ago
Because I'm from Italy and I have women friends and I know that there are a lot of places where you can get a prescription for abortion pills. We don't need random websites to hand out prescription drugs to kids.

Sure, but access is easy enough. Not worse than anything else than the government does. Much better than--let's say--getting an MRI. Looks like this thread has gotten the attention of weird activists that want to find injustice everywh

Oh, a post about Italy. Let's take this opportunity to talk about America :-D

by altern8 2mo ago
That's because they don't want to get sued. So, you think the government should force doctors to perform abortions, like putting them in jail if they don't want to do it?
74.
by altern8 2mo ago
That's like 1 out of 1000 doctors, just go to another doctor. And even if that wasn't the case, what is the government supposed to do about that?

I couldn't find any information, either. The only thing I was able to find were many posts on Reddit from women trying to get these websites to send them abortion pills. I assume that this might be the reason why they got blocked--or i

I couldn't find a lot of information, but abortion is a right in Italy. Women seeking terminations in the first 90 days of pregnancy are protected under law 194. From what I got, these organizations illegally sent women abortion pills.

The only reason I can think of for this is a push to a cashless society. Specially the vertical banknotes, what is up with that?

That's exactly the ones I like! On Saturdays I watch cheesy horror movies from the 80s. But with my GF I watch whatever is rated >= 8 on Imdb and the 8s from years ago are ALWAYS much, much better than the recent ones. Maybe I just

Not to worry. There are laws in the EU that will save the planet, like drinking from soggy paper straws instead of normal ones and requiring caps stay attached in plastic bottles. And just to make sure, at least in Poland they now charge yo
