These fines are really just a way for European govts to claw back money which they feel they are owed by American tech companies for being successful in European markets. In a global world, that's a wrong way to look at things. It is t

I dont care about touching the screen. I care about it emitting as little light as possible. Dark theme + OLED would be glorious for coding and battery life.

Here's an idea on how to make billions selling a product in a market that seems in decline. 1) Take the latest Macbook Pro 2) Remove the Touchbar, add back F row buttons and ports. 3) Replace the LCD with a 4K OLED display with thin be

For example, there are cities that operate weekend (or certain hours of the day) pedestrian zones where streets in the city center are closed off to traffic. There are versions of this basic idea in many towns in England, usually looks some

I'm having a hard time understanding whether you are actually unaware of the concept of pedestrian streets (and that they, too, have sidewalks, LOL).

Barcelona is not one of the best all-around cities for sure. 1) climate -- not moderate, only good if you enjoy extremely hot summers 2) culture -- obscured by the tourism industry in the city. Pretty much all restaurants try to rip you off

There's the ThinkPad X1 Yoga with an OLED display. From what I've heard, the thing is absolutely stunning and a pure joy to code on with a black / dark editor theme. It just emits way less light than the equivalent LCD setup.
