I mean I’d rather use default parameters and named arguments then make a dozen enums or macros and structs to pass into a function. Look at polars and bevy, rust makes things hideous. It’s a great language for writing rust and not actually

Well at least you’re consistent in violating other people’s privacy.

A page pulled right out of the anti encryption talking points book. Im glad we agree that you oppose my financial privacy. Redistribution of consequences is fantastic. Surely you support the patriot act too right? Or is that too much consis

Do you support forcing KYC laws onto exchanges? Or the cryptocurrency transaction tracking laws in the EU? I’m looking for a yes or no answer.

That’s right, forcing you to stop forcing others to do things still means that you’re the tyrant.

Certain people take issue with financial privacy, and not being able to regulate other people’s wallets.

I bring up Go because it’s of similar age to rust and yet significant projects have been written entirely or almost entirely in Go (ie. kubernetes, docker). Nothing of that scale has been written in rust. You don’t get to list things predom

Where are you being banned from discussing your salary? If I stop you from wearing shoes in my house I’m not making it illegal for you to wear shoes.

Yes, it is a violation of privacy. Forcing KYC and ID verification is a violation of privacy. Putting trackers on my wallet is a violation of privacy. I love how Europeans are perfectly content making anti encryption arguments when it means

Raw pointers in rust are a pain to work with. This rust code is significantly less verbose in C++: https://play.rust-lang.org/?version=stable&mode=debug&editio... Rust purposely handicaps ergonomics, even when it wo

They don't have to be complaining about verbosity, it will suffice to just have an example where the borrow checker gets in the way to be met with downvotes. https://www.reddit.com/r/rust/comments/z3gwag&

if I was cool with getting my protein from processed food I'd be better off with a protein shake. If you believe processed food is optional in a vegan diet, feel free to enumerate any whole-food sources of protein in a vegan diet. It s

going vegan would be a much more appealing proposition if it wasn't for the fact that the only vegan food that both tastes good and is satiating is processed.
