No, just mis-formatting on my part. I didn't manually type the link that was linked in this comment section, I merely middle-clicked, copied it to my comment after seeing the problem, then added a spurious \'s

Amazon.com doesn't run on the same, precisely speaking, infrastructure. My understanding from other Amazon employees was that it (EC2) started as an internal tool.

I've been there, thanks for assuming, and I also know how much a car costs. You don't need a car there, it's a petty way to show off. Taxis are absurdly cheap in Singapore. gothere.sg is a great site for getting places too.

Our tax burdens are not the lowest by any means. My total tax rate partially due to living in California (although it is mostly Federal) is ~40%. There are plenty of countries in Europe that would be happy to tax me less. My buddy in Sing

The case you described as having the cost imposed is literally what boyer-moore excels at, so it doesn't even have the benefit of hurting the pathological case.

Eve is hemorrhaging accounts and the player outrage from the aftermath of their attempts to directly monetize the playerbase beyond PLEX accounts make them a VERY bad example to follow. http://beefjack.com/news/eve-online-revolts-could-cos

I'm fond of SQL, you're either intentionally misinterpreting me or I'm not being clear. Non-relational databases are not about not using SQL, to believe so is dense and willfully ignorant. I asked for specifics, you didn't provide them. I h

Non-relational databases have nothing to do with SQL, they have to do with trade-offs in data structures, consistency, availability, fault-tolerance, and distribution. You need to understand how ignorant you are, because until you do you're
