This was a nice read and a good introduction to text processing with unix commands. I agree with the other user re python usage - that you may as well use it for the whole task if you're going to use it at all - but I don't think

What a great example of someone so quick to hear themselves talk that they don't even realise it's a joke.

Agreed - a well mixed track will use stereo panning as an artistic feature. These tracks, at least in my opinion are gimmicky at best and actively detract from the original at worst.

I don't know. But medium do a terrible job at sharing their own content between users.

This topic comes up fairly often. I think about it a lot - as a Medium user and as a person who has managed multiple wordpress blogs. ##Here's my thoughts on why Medium is so popular: 1. It's easy. We are all techies here. We ofte

Are you referring to platform generated content? The thing is, Medium doesn't do very well at that either. I have a medium blog. I've had a few posts got >10k reads within a month. Almost none of those reads came from Medium it

I have also been here too many times to count. My take on it is that it's not a failure as long as you've learned something. In my case, for the first number of projects I built that nobody bought/wanted, I didn't learn

It's an interesting game we are playing. Take websites as an example. We have to build websites using CSS and HTML and JS because that is what works in browsers. But browsers have to build DOMs, layout engines and JS engines this way b
