For this first version I followed the recommended guidelines of holding stretches for 30s (and if they are different for left and right then it would should as 2 exercises but in reality it's one if that makes sense). Having said that,

So cool! Minor piece of feedback: I went to try the different levels and when I clicked on the 'master' one (pretty insane tbh) it took me a while to figure out how to exit the game and select another level of difficulty. I'd
