   It does. My thinking is that Heroku rotated everything they could do on their own, and need users to handle custom drains. However, looking at the json output, updated_at dates for the heroku-managed drains are old. I have a question back

   Including Heroku CI? We don't use an external CI tool (or really any other integrations except GH), but I do see these download logs.
