That’s just not how contract law works, at least in the west. You will generally never be forced to fulfil your obligations under a contract, rather you have to (reasonably) compensate the other party if you cannot.

Yeah as long as the compensation for involuntary deboarding due to overbooking is high enough I don’t see a problem with the practice. It would be a huge waste to force airlines to fly around with empty seats to reduce the already tiny risk

Simply consider any constant morphism and it is obvious that OPs statement is false. As you say one needs injectivity.

Modern C# is a lovely language overall but I think OP talked about the module system where the more explicit approach of Python is arguably better. When dealing with C#, if you’re browsing code un anything less than a IDE it can be really h

Sure, but my experience is that once you’re somewhat established this is not something that takes nearly 30% of your time. It’s more about passively keeping up with your network, and work tends to find you. Rules for working with one client

If you’re working long term contracts you definitely won’t be spending 30% of your time doing sales. And €85-100/h is not unheard of, I’d even go as far as to say that €85/h is on the lower end in some places if you have particula

Agreed, I have the 16gb M2 air and while it’s pushed to its limits when running Firefox with lots of tabs, webpack, docker and a windows vm in parallels at the same time it holds up very well. Can’t imagine that a normal user would have any

It's already part killed off and the way things are going will likely be fully killed soon. Since January 1st it's 30% for 20 months, then 20% for 20 months and finally 20 months of 10%.

You get to take 20% dividends freely even with a minimum wage in the UK? That’s cool but crazy if that’s all it takes to evade employment tax. Here in NL if your company mainly sells your own labour you’re only allowed to take dividends aft

Wow, had no idea but it's madness that they don't use joins. I think it says a lot about the state of our industry that an ORM can get so popular in 2024 without leveraging such an essential SQL feature. I mean, Entity Framework h

Where I’ve lived it’s usually been solved by letting anyone park there for a higher fee. Residents get to park at a big discount or for free. Or you can hand out guest passes to residents.

Yeah I’ve found both Eloquent (Laravel ORM) and Entity Framework to be more than flexible enough and to produce surprisingly good SQL. You do need to keep an eye on the queries if produces though because innocent changes can make a huge dif
