Considering 50onRed started as an ad network on facebook helping companies like Zynga, as explained in the article, point 1 can most likely in part be blamed on them.

Yes but it's a starting point. Conducting a generational study will take, well, generations, and that's too long. Unfortunately the longer term, multi generation study will have to be "done in production" so to speak. It

This is one of those things thats just so common sense, its hard to imagine a solid argument against it. Hopefully it will encourage the US to follow, although I'm sure publishers will dig their feet in and make up some bullsh*t reason
