If it was only a regret on the deathbed, I'd agree. But if these regrets are held for many decades, and thus the pain from them may well outweigh a sacrifice in the presence - if the regretfullness is high enough.

It's the result of cheap fossil fuels, provided by Russia. There is no shortage of electricity in Germany, so there was no economic interest to build more nuclear power plants? Germny even exports electricity to France, which has a lot

Do you have sources? If I remember correctly the closing of nuclear facilities (that weren't about to be closed anyways) was decided in the beginning of the century, when the green party was in the government the last time. Then a Merk

And if so, what does it mean? I have no idea what that split is supposed to illustrate and how the image would have looked without a filter.

In what way would that be similar? The OP performs a theoretical derivation of geometrical algebra, you wrote a well documented python class with the most basic operations on 2d vectors.

The solution (albeit not a perfect one) is to make the decision on funding independent from political parties. For example, have a comittee (or jury) that is recruited randomly from the general public and decides on the plan for next year&#

It would be ridiculous to assume the Deaths/World Population figure is the risk for yourself. That's similar to claiming that, because only 93% of all humans ever born have died so far, your risk of dying is 93%. It may be mathema

1) The public media web outlets I know do not publish in-depth articles like Spiegel/Zeit/Sueddeutsche. Yes, it makes sense that the public media change their focus as the to follow the focus of the population they serve. 2) Since

Public broadcasting does not replace FAZ/Zeit/Spiegel though. There's a difference between reporting short pieces of news and the articles in the mentioned news papers.

Do you have a suggestion about the case where the hamming distance of the nearest neighbor is unknown? My first thought is to start at the "distance-of-p" block and continue with the "p+i" and "p-i" block in a
