That tld is just not worth the pain. A while ago they said you'd need NIXI CEO's permission to register more than 2 domain for national security reasons. And a notice my registrar shows before registering a .in domain... > This

This whole DNS and siblings business seems to rewards centralisation. Public Interest Registry's technical backend (run by Identity Digital) is owned by the same venture capital (Ethos Capital) that had to be stopped from buying PIR. I

I like how Bill Wurtz does it at ` https://billwurtz.com `. Dump everything on a server and list things manually in html. Or you could let your webserver deal with the directory listing. Caddy's looks nice, is customisable to

fwknop's default is to run as root, so there's that. Support for separation of privileges is still pending since 2013 ( https://github.com/mrash/fwknop/issues/32 )
