It's not a straw man. This is a common question that people have, but you may not have heard it voiced publicly, because people are worried about saying it out loud. Here's a perfect example: http://answers.yahoo.com&#

Amen, I agree 100% with this blog post. I work on a popular web application that's built on AngularJS, and these are the exact same conclusions that I've come to. * Code size is a huge issue for us. When something goes wrong, it&

I've made several attempts at switching to freelance so far, and always gave up out of extreme frustration with my clients. My advice is to look at this from a totally different angle: optimize for learning. If you're under 40, y

pg, I'd love to hear what you found interesting about this interview, because I never seem to gain much insight by listening to Mark Zuckerberg. He's kind of like Bill Gates, that way. They're both brilliant guys, but they d

I agree, I had a bit of a laugh when he called WordPress "grown up". I suspect he was just trying to be polite to WordPress fans. I've had to deal with a lot of ugly WordPress hacks when maintaining legacy sites, and I'm

I've been using ProcessWire, and it's been fantastic to work with. However, it stores user-defined template schemas in a MySQL database. Does that pose a big problem for you? I'm really curious to know what kind of trouble

Wait, if you can. Gadgets are nearly always much cheaper and better with each new generation. If you must spend the money, though, I'd recommend a high end ergonomic chair or a treadmill desk.
