You can link openscad to a slicer, at least in the dev snapshots, press F8 and your model opens in your slicer of choice. Makerworlds customizer is simply a web version of OpenScad. Upload your OpenSCAD script and good to go

Logitech has an on board memory manager app, it's a single executable portable no install needed that changes the settings directly on your mouse and then terminates.

Does windows to go give you the same benefits of doing it on vhdx files (you can do snapshots and roll back state easily) I've got a testing install of Windows on my main hard drive that boots from VHDX for these reasons

Took me decades to learn that by shifting my meal times earlier in the day it made it significantly easier to wake up early. Cutting out late nights snacks was vital as well. Tons of research - search for early time restricted feeding. eTRF
