I think this 5 minutes applies to a lot more than just right or wrong. Intelligent design isn't an engineering decision you are talking about, it's politics. If you take the 5 minutes to think about why people believe what they do, you ca

Like I said, I'm not trying to find out if you know a particular thing, I'm trying to figure out if you ever learn things that are deeper than the surface. So, if you don't know x86 calling conventions, fine. But if I ask several more que

I find it disturbing that even though I am still against SOPA and the likes, that the opposition seems to be willfully ignoring this portion. Unless I am totally misreading it, it would be very difficult for the likes of Youtube or Faceboo

The parallel thing I see happing is the strengthening of subcultures. Although the internet is bringing the world closer together, it also seems to be allowing like minded people to build lasting subcultures. Reddit has several of these.

It seems that what you are proposing is extremely difficult to actually pull off. Increasing the money supply accomplishes the same thing but is easier to actually do. Plus inflation encourages spending and investment instead of hoarding

I always thought the primary belief of Keynesians was that poor aggregate demand led to recessions. Sticky nominal wages was a factor in high unemployment, but it is weak aggregate demand that was where the horns are. Therefor their solut
