Why had I not heard of this game before? I used to love playing VGA Planets (and Stars!) is this in any way an evolution of that genre?

I'm not trying to start a flamewar here but could you go into why your preference is with Lisp2 instead of Lisp1? A lot of commenters here have a strong preference to Lisp1's so I'd be happy to hear a different point of view.

Why would functions in a lisp-2 be more awkward than in a lisp-1? PHP has been too long ago for me to understand your comparison. Would you please explain it differently?

Have you tried Seafile? ( https://seafile.de/ ) That has been the only cloud storage provider good enough (but not as good as) Dropbox to wean me away from DB. I've been using it for a couple of months now.

Yes, I just looked it up and was about to edit my comment. Here's an article in Dutch about about TiSa: http://sargasso.nl/tisa-bijl-aan-wortel-democratie/

The name escapes me for a moment but they're already working on a new secret deal. (Since 2012, so that's why they're so easily letting go of TTIP.)

Oculus used to provide drivers for Linux and OSX, up to v0.4 I think. (Around this time Facebook and Microsoft became involved but I do not know whether that had any influence.) Also, since Valve makes SteamOS which is basically Linux one

An equally 'deep' advice could be: I don't care what you do, as long as you don't do it for the rest of your life.

I've used Dropbox for quite some years because they were (one of) the first and rock-solid. Especially the latter is very important for a service like this. Oh, and they always supported the big three OSes. These last two features make

One buys the PTR mostly for the looks since it lacks the battery life and water-proofing of its siblings. A good reason to buy a watch for and it looks mighty fine! [1] Still, a daily charge is too often. I charge mine every other day. Do

There are apparently some issues with the data export that require help from the owner: "When I quit Pinboard, he had to make a special dump to actually give me all my hosted data. If you still use pinboard, verify your exports."

This is already happening, the UK leaving is a symptom of that. By the logic of your parent posters the UK wouldn't have left because of Greece, which has been used to set an example last year.

Since I seem to have ruffled some feathers with my statement: compared to how dominant Microsoft used to be, they're now just one of the companies offering a certain product in many markets. This is a good thing. "Irrelevance"
