Makes sense to me actually. This is a different product. It doesn't respond instantly. It fundamentally makes sense to separate these two products in the AI space. There will obviously be a speed vs quality trade-off with a variety of

Incredible results. This is actually groundbreaking assuming that they followed proper testing procedures here and didn't let test data leak into the training set.

Another concern is around reviewing it. I can't tell in a pull request what someone wrote themselves, or to what level of detail they have pre-reviewed the AI code which is now part of the pull request before allowing it to get to me.

Your thinking is exactly correct. Economists have been saying this for over a century. Look up land value taxes. They are what we need right now.

I was expecting this to be dictated by an AI voice... But this sounds pretty human to me, and if it actually is an AI, I would consider it a decent rebuke of the original article.

To be fair, creating a process for innovation is hard and expensive - especially if you want it to apply across the board at a large organization. I have been on multiple "incubator" development teams in the past and although we d

Hate to say it but land value tax would fix this. Can't hide land in an offshore account!

I like this angle... Focus first on the fact that I'm having to pay taxes to put a roof over my head while the developer down the road is driving up land prices by squatting on an empty lot while paying pennies!

Apologies if I'm not following entirely. I don't actually see where we disagree here. It sounds like we are both saying that speculation is undesirable, and that an LVT would decrease the reward and incentive of speculating. I sup

The IRS has a significantly more challenging task when assessing the complex tax codes surrounding income and capital gains. Nobody can hide land in an offshore tax Haven. LVT is a slam dunk by comparison?.
