I find this odd. I read these sorts of comments every time Amazon in mentioned on HN, how its literally only clones, fakes, and scams, and impossible to find legitimate products anymore. I have literally never received a fake/clone&#x

The L3 is split per core? I thought it was only typically L1 cache that was per core, with L2 and L3 being shared across the entire die.

I highly doubt its enforceable. I can't try to enforce a ToS against you if I never even asked you to agree to it, or even _informed_ you that such a ToS exist. EDIT: Did some random googling about enforceability of terms of service.

Your source is a random blogspot.com who claims that there's ambiguity because they consider the term "caused by" to be ambiguous. I stopped reading there.

Isn't that just what amazon should already be doing? They need an option for people who are flexible with their delivery times, put in your order and they assign you a delivery slot when one opens up. If a bot can do that, then amazon

I've lost localStorage on PWAs before. But that was a number of years ago when I was still bothering to develop them. I also lost data in appcache repeatedly, then service workers came along to fix that, because the browser vendors&#

Jesus christ. It sounds like there's a time bomb in safari web views just waiting to happen. The timer is supposed to be reset every time you open the app, so there won't ever be seven days of opening the app and not using it. B

And most native apps crash one a week, we should therefore automatically crash every app once a week. Just because current apps are buggy doesn't mean we should enforce those bugs at a platform level.

The browser cache was supposed to handle this. Kind of stupid that you have to implement your own cache in JS now cause the browser can't be trusted.
