I think that is an interesting idea, but my first reaction is that it wouldn't end spam. In the US there is a much larger cost associated with sending physical spam in the US (stamps). But there seems to be unlimited physical spam stil

Try "M-x package-list-packages" to see a list and then find it. If it's not there then your package setup is incorrect.

Its actually very easy to upgrade OpenBSD. There is lots of information on that page and you should read it all, but the actual process of the upgrade is quick.
