My criticism is all the "business" apps – CRM and Desk were the central pieces. I haven't used the Mail app. My teams used Google Workspace for email etc.

I have been thrilled with Home Assistant Cloud (from the HA founders). It made Google Assistant and other integration setup easier as it provides the ingress. I also use Tailscale for remote access. It’s nice to have dual paths. https:

Google and GCP offer their own NTP endpoints. Does anyone know if GCP also exposes the TrueTime API to customers, or if it's only internal to Spanner? I can't find any instance of the word "bound" in the GCP or Google NT

If they're doing intercepts on every package they're (hopefully for their sake!) using a negotiated rate. It would be a very non-standard use of intercept regardless. Even at $20, still cheaper than receiving and reshipping (labor

I can imagine they’re using UPS Delivery Intercept, or another similar capability for redirecting in-transit packages within the carrier network. Perhaps they automatically apply the intercept after the initial dropoff by the sender. https
