The personal version works well in comparison. We liked it and adopted it for our company but using the enterprise version, that's when it really started to give us problems.

I've seen jQuery UI extended (by creating custom jQuery UI "widgets" that extend the base widgets) to basically mimic a desktop experience complete with window resize/minimize/maximize. I don't have a link hand
