Do you have evidence it helps? What course? Obviously more training can help. For example it would be useful to practice riding in the rain, ice, and wet leaves. But at what point does more training not help? When will you be safe? Riding a

If you go to interactive data, then select CT scan (the only x ray like thing on the list) it says 14 days for Canada wide. MRIs are 37 days. Maybe they are talking about hip replacements taking 6 months?

Aren't those already not classified as ebikes and therefore treated as motorcycles? They need insurance, registration, etc but are being driven illegally just like people drive cars illegally.

Are you talking about serious safety risk to the rider or too others? From what I can find ebikes tend to kill their rider. Though I can't find good statistics to answer my question.

That's surprising. How do you trivially detect bad data? (Beyond extreme examples like below minimum wage) Even when you know the true distribution (in which case why ask for more data) you can only remove outliers. But outliers exist.
