I wonder if anyone is working on an open source version of this? I’ve seen a few Firefox and chrome docker containers, but as far as I can tell they stream through vnc.

Actors can be stateful and stateless, so this is a subset, and made serverless. Pretty cool! I get it, naming is hard and “serverless stateful actors” might have been too long of a name. Excited to check out this product.

I’ve used strapi in production apps. Works great, and has a graphql plugin. I’d recommend it!

It’s great to see this many opinions. I suggest you take a look at the book Peopleware. Part II of the book goes over the office environment and cites several studies and makes a really good case against open plan offices.

This wouldn’t be an experiment, It would be a case study. And it would a case study that could be highly influenced by other factors, such as family network, influence, culture etc.

I suggest you take a look at SwiftUI. IMO it’s much nicer to work with than react

I also shipped an app for a client called Droplii. I definitely believe you can use it for production level apps. Productivity is through the roof. There are just a few small quirks, but I believe the pros out weigh the cons here.

Like many others on this thread, I have a hard time seeing how it can succeed. I’ve been following anytype.io for a while and it seems like a much better solution that comes with a built in product. No need for pods since they live individu
