I get a different score nearly every time I take it. Am I alone in this?

Regardless of semantics, I'm glad you see it being shared on Facebook. I really hope it inspires women to stop taking their pills and go all Lysistrata until there is more research done and/or a better solution is invented. I mean

I used the word "show" not "prove" for that reason. Point taken though: in the future, I will use "showed a link" or "found correlation". I am really very careful not to use the word "proved"

Sperm from older men also has higher risk of producing kids with genetic defects[0] [0] http://genetics.thetech.org/older-dads’-kids-higher-risk-gen...

It's difficult to truly prove, but many women have noticed this and complained about it. It is only now that they are finally actually looking in to the possibility. I find it incredibly ironic that people take it as a given that women

Then there was that huge study that showed the birth control pill causes loss of sex drive and depression[0]. [0] https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.theguardian.com/commentisfr...

It continues to astound me how little we actually seem to know about anatomy, especially women's anatomy (hold the jokes, folks).

Feminism is not about egalitarianism. Saying that is the equivalent of responding "All Lives Matter!" to BLM. I'm not saying that Yahoo did something right or wrong (maybe qualified women started to flock to yahoo because of

Oh don't even get me started on front end development. A few times I've actually had the opportunity to make some really brilliant JavaScript optimizations only to have any performance gain made totally irrelevant by business load

I wish I could say I'm a perfect martyr for the feminist cause, but I'm not. I'd rather have a happy and productive career than an ugly sexual harassment and wrongful termination suit.

Not everyone was there for the comment and HR did not say what the comment was or who said it. For 90% of my co workers, it was just "we all have sensitivity training for sexist comment reported to HR and only one woman, soooo..."

Believe me, it really wasn't funny... Like, it was violent and creepy and Elliot Rodgers-esque. I would have looked like a psycho to the other co workers if I laughed. As it stands, the offending co worker looked like a psycho. (He got

Also, I think it is MUCH more likely for a team to have only one woman than only one Asian. From my experience working as a dev in the US, anyway. At any rate, I've never been on a team that didn't have several Asians. But I'

I don't see what this has to do with my comment. I didn't say all men are sexist or all teams are sexist, just stated that there is safety in numbers. You're lucky nobody said something racist about Asians when you were the o

I am glad she mentioned how awful it is to have only one female employee. I was the only woman in an office. One of my co workers made a pretty horrific comment (not about me, but about women in front of me). Someone went to HR and we had s

What pisses me off most about this is that people say the cops need these tools, etc. Well, how come the cops suck so much at their jobs?! No, I'm serious. My local PD is in the midst of a crime wave. They take many hours to respond, n

Exactly this. We socialize the cost of garbage disposal in the first world to disincentivize dumping. Worth it, IMO.

Wow, you are hateful people. I've been a woman walking around with unshaven legs -- men recoil with disgust, tell me I am a "hairy beast", etc. It's been this way since middle school. Men are not the only ones to put up

>Is there an underlying assumption 'women are less visual'? It's seems like a bit of a straw man because no one can and should generalize. There is, at least in American culture. It is wrong of course.

That's an over the top rant, but as a woman I agree with her basic premise: the "women are less visual" thing is a total lie and tied neatly into the "women desire sex less than men" lie. Looks are important to many
