I can’t delete or encrypt emails for the same reason. It’s a legal document, though I don’t know how it’s treated by the courts. Definitely it’s evidence.

Cloudflare Access is a great product, but TLS terminates at Cloudflare. They get to see everything, probably also passwords. Cloudflare will have admin access as the HA server. It’s not as secure as VPN which is a better choice.

WireGuard is excellent and suitable for site to site. But it’s just the tunnel part and beyond site to site, the networking gets quickly complicated. Tailscale is a solution, a very good one in my experience.

If you have a domain, you simply a dns record for the Tailscale IP. You can also run your own dns server, like a pihole or AdGuard, on your Tailscale network. There you define any dns record.

USA has by far the best environment for startups and businesses. There are countries that provide small goodies and favorable conditions in the early stages to lure businesses, but the foundations of those economies are usually not as good

For SSH, all you need is to allow only pubkey authentication. The other stuff, like Fail2ban aren’t necessary. If you want to clean up logs, you can change port number too. Better yet, use outbound only SSH (with a tool provided by the VPS

Oh, this is wishful thinking about unions (enabling workers get fair compensation and benefits for the work that they do, etc). The reality of the unions can be quite different, and counterintuitive, especially as they evolve over time. I h

Yes, unions in Germany are more decentralized and less malign. In France, unions are nationwide, and the same across the entire sectors. Having worked in that system, it’s horrible. Trust me, it may look cool on paper, you don’t want that

Factor 2 might be roughly the decline in the size of the manufacturing sector/GDP in that time frame. At least that’s a contributing factor. In other words, some of them were expensive and outsourced.

What’s the current best solution for associating a public key to an identity or person? This is not related to cryptography protocols. OpenPGP key server verifies email. Keybase was a good idea but seems dead. Maybe identity providers?

You can’t typically jump on a giraffe! That’s part of reason they became giraffes! A common technique is breaking a leg to put down the giraffe. Dangerous, but could be done if it’s at a location that the giraffe cannot kick with the other

If that’s disturbing, see African wild dogs and hyenas. That said, I think the majority of prey is killed before consumed (say >65%). Big cats are used to suffocating or biting necks. It’s rather clean, compared to other animals even be
