   Yeah you can. you can make Tor only service that is accessible only via Tor network using Tor handles (URLs), or use Tor network to send requests via it.

   Macs are based on BSD and such wouldn't use paging as Windows does, only swapping in case if you are reaching 100% of memory.

   For such things mostly get them behind a VPN, that is only routing network towards your network ( your IP ranges ), setup a "login" server for them, based solely on a SSH key auth - they can use this login server to access your testing/prod
