I completely agree with this point of view. If you have a niche audience with high engagement, brands get a better visibility. The audience will be more open to ads as well if delivered right. For e.g. A sports app with a limited audience

Agree. Disqus is the best online commenting system out there. As far as it is serving all your use cases, there is not point to get rid of it. And I too disagree with the statement "customer is always right" because in most cases,
