Do you want to build an interactive shell or a cli tool? For a custom shell I have used https://github.com/chzyer/readline before, but I did not work on it a lot. I also wanted custom completions based on context and t

Hi, no, right now I'm not on any medication for them. At the time I had them frequently (a few years ago) I was diagnosed with very low vitamin b-12 and given shots for it which seemed to help a lot with the frequency. I also gave up a

Mine started with a very weird feeling that something was off in my vision (usually triggered while working on a screen). I would notice after a while that a tiny portion of my vision was going missing and then the shimmering would begin an

This is a fairly old article, and the title suggests there is a recent ban on recurring charges. Am I missing something here?

I mostly use duolingo and lingodeer together. I've found that just working on it twenty minutes a day keeps it interesting.

I am trying to learn French through the usual apps, it seems to be going okay. I am also trying to get into deeper reading where I spend a lot more time on reading literature deliberately with focus (I don't know if that is the right w

Yes I think it was called "Gates Of Fire". There is another book of his called "The Afghan Campaign" that I liked. It is about a greek soldier passing through Afghanistan for Alexander's campaign to reach India.

Somewhat related to your experience, does anyone else feel that the present interviewing scene is a lot more focused on algorithms rather than data structures? Many leetcode questions rely on very specific tricks like using a fast and a slo

I have been working on a database engine in C++ by following along with the CMU lectures on youtube recently. It is quite fun and I am getting to learn a lot although I am just tinkering with the storage layer right now.
